Do you love gymnastics?  Plan on attending Gymnastics on the Grand.  This exciting weekend will be held at DeVos Place December 3,4,5.  I will be there to be amazed and entertained by the energy and achievement of the athletes. Come to our booth to have us evaluate your core muscles, share a few exercises from the book,  field questions, or just to say hello.
